1. Overview & Services
Costero Sound System provides custom music production, composition, songwriting, audio engineering, and related creative services. Services are delivered digitally according to the specific service package or custom agreement selected by the client at checkout.
2. Ordering & Customization Details
Client Inputs: To complete custom songs or audio projects, clients must provide accurate information, memories, names, themes, or custom lyrics as requested during the ordering process.
Accuracy: Costero Sound System is not responsible for errors in final lyrics or compositions resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
3. Production Timeline & Delivery
Turnaround Time: Standard completion times generally range between 3 to 10 business days, depending on the selected package, production complexity, and revision requests.
Delivery Method: All final deliverables (audio files, instrumentals, or documentation) are delivered electronically via email or secure digital download links.
4. Revisions Policy
Each package or custom agreement includes a specific number of allowed revisions.
Revisions cover minor adjustments to mix levels, timing, or slight lyric delivery tweaks.
Structural redos, complete lyric rewrites after approval, or changes to the agreed-upon musical style requested after production has started may incur additional fees.
5. Pricing, Fees & Payment Methods
Pricing: All prices listed on our website or provided in custom quotes are final upon order placement.
Processing Fees: Certain payment methods may incur processing or transaction fees (e.g., Stripe credit/debit card transactions or Cash App payments may include a transaction processing fee disclosed at checkout).
Payment Terms: Services must be paid in full prior to the start of production unless an explicit installment plan has been agreed upon in writing.
6. Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage Rights
Personal License: Standard personal packages grant the client a non-exclusive, perpetual, personal-use license to listen to, share, and enjoy the custom song privately.
Commercial License: Rights to release, distribute, monetize, perform, or use the custom music for business purposes (advertising, streaming platforms, broadcast) depend strictly on the license/package purchased. Commercial rights are not granted unless explicitly specified in writing in your package agreement.
Ownership: Costero Sound System retains master ownership and underlying composition rights unless an explicit work-for-hire or full rights transfer agreement is executed.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of digital music production:
Non-Refundable: Orders are non-refundable once production or creative writing has commenced.
Cancellations: If a cancellation request is received prior to the start of writing or production, a partial or full refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Costero Sound System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, site, or delivered audio products.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective immediately upon posting to our site or providing notice.
